Day one of our journey is approaching. Today is the 18th of April. The planned departure is 30th of April, my birthday 🙂
Our website is ready, now the contributions are missing. We want to make a short video every day. 30sec. No longer. Featuring on tiktok.
Still ahead of us is storing some of our stuff, renovating our studio and packing our bike bags. The latter certainly means that we have to sort out some things there too.
I’d like to finally get going. 2.5 years ago we first thought about a second bicycle world trip. Two years ago we decided to do it.
We gave up the flat, got rid of all kinds of unnecessary stuff, bought a new tent and the bikes have been overhauled. Some of my camera equipment will be with me this time for a photography project, but this time we will travel without our dogs in the trailer. You can see how it was back then on our old blog. Our journey from 2009 to 2011. So the wait won’t be too long until day one 🙂
Back then we cycled to Egypt and back. Exactly 2 years we were on the road.
